We are absolutely thrilled to share that Sourcefour was recognised with an award and runner-up placement at this year’s prestigious E-Factor Great Big Small Business Awards. As we celebrate our 20th anniversary in business this year, these honours are incredibly meaningful.
Winners of the A Team Award – Best business team – sponsored by Forrester Boyd
Our entire team was honoured with the “A Team” award for excellence in teamwork and commitment to our business, customers, and community. When introducing the award, Mark Webb (MD of the E-Factor Group) gave an excellent speech saying:
“This award recognises a team nominated by the business owner for working together to go above and beyond for each other, the business, and their customers.
We all know how important it is to our business to have a team that performs well, if we are lucky, we build a team that is exceptional. After reviewing the entries for the A Team, the judges felt these two businesses stood out so far from the rest, that there could be only two finalists. The biggest challenge then was to choose a winner. (but that’s their job!).
In the end they agreed that the winner had shown how they had built a team of people who were as committed to the success of the business as the owner, they instinctively and repeatedly support each other, and go above and beyond to deliver what their customers need without prompt or direction. Not only that but they carry that philosophy out into the community, giving their time to support local charities. The winning team, who the Business owner says inspires him daily, is of course Sourcefour”

Additionally, we were selected as runners-up for the “Best Digital Only Business” award. As an e-commerce company for 20 years, it is an honour to be recognised for our success online.
