Rob created Sourcefour from an office in his attic way back in 2003, and has been at the helm ever since, always pushing us to be our best and most creative selves. When he’s not directing, managing and running the business, he’s using his 30+ years of design experience to help build creative and impactful brands for our clients.
Rob is more than just an awesome boss and experienced designer… he has a big heart and a passion for the community. For over 2 years Rob has been serving as a trustee for A Platform to Talk, a local mental health charity that is doing vital work in providing mental health support services to the local area.
Outside of his work, Rob can usually be found training for his next big athletic feat. To this date Rob has run over 5,000 miles including; 9 marathons, a 47mile ultra ‘trail’ marathon and two iron man distance triathlons… the man is a machine!
He loves spending time outdoors, tucking into a juicy steak; when he needs some inspiration, he turns to his favourite music or appreciates some fine art.

- Rob was a motorcycle marshal for world motorcycle racing
- He holds a Guinness World Record!
- He has cooked at Gordon Ramsay's restaurant in Chelsea
- He designed the original Virgin Cola Can artwork
- He once toured with a local Rockabilly band
- He was also in a band of his own, with his sister and friends
