Exciting news we are now able to share! After 15 years at our current offices in the Old Granary, Aylesby, it’s time for a change. At the end of this month, we will be moving to new premises in Humberston, near Cleethorpes.
Why the move?
The old offices have served us well, and they are certainly in a beautiful location, but as we grow, they can’t accommodate any more people. Plus, the location isn’t always the most convenient for our team who don’t drive.
So we made the big decision to uproot and find somewhere that better fits the requirements of our team and clients:
More central location – We can’t tell you how excited the team are about being in walking distance to pubs, shops and amenities!
Easier access for our clients – Better transport links and parking mean smoother visits for everyone.
Dedicated spaces for meetings, creative brainstorming and quiet work – Open plan isn’t always the best option, so we’re creating zones that work for different types of collaboration and focus.
And yes, we will still have space for the pool table, and the team have requested some arcade games, so we are working on that, too!
Coming full circle
As our MD, Rob, explained: “Returning to Humberston sees the business come full circle. I started Sourcefour in my attic room in New Waltham, and then moved to our first offices on Wilton Road in Humberston, back in 2003. As we grew, we moved to premises at Alexandra Dock in Grimsby, before finding the quirky Old Granary in 2010.
“As we look to the future, however, and our growth plans, the current location just didn’t give us the scope we needed. As well as the extra space and a more central location, I was also mindful that it gave the team more options for getting to work. Opening up the opportunity to cycle, scoot and walk, which is better for the environment, health and mental wellbeing.”
What this means for our clients
This move represents more than just a change of address – it’s about positioning ourselves for the next phase of growth while creating an even better experience for our clients and team. Our new space will allow us to serve our clients better with improved meeting facilities, easier access, and a team energised by their new environment.
